Brew York Imperial Tonkoko Rum

This rum is inspired by our iconic and award-winning Tonkoko, a Milk Stout made with hand-toasted coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla and Tonka beans.

Made with an Imported cane rum from French Guyana, and then re-distilled with a unique recipe of range peel, Tonka bean. sarsaparilla root, Hawthorne berries, Szechuan pepper and dried coconut botanicals. Finished with a homemade coconut syrup to deliver this full-flavoured rum, rich with creamy coconut and vanilla notes.
